An ASX listed gold miner with a growing multi-million-ounce resource in Brazil, Beadell Resources needed an experienced marketing team that could create a comprehensive mining brand strategy to support the Company’s goal to grow production and global market capitalisation.
Our mining communications specialists sat down with our creative design team in Perth to bring to fruition a mining brand brief that would deliver a modern, minimalist font, fresh colour palette and unique global brand mark that was representative of the Company’s new direction and leadership.
Before commencing logo design, our mining brand strategy started with researching global gold mining brands to ensure a unique approach to brand development. What we came up with was a multi-level brand mark that could be interpreted in two ways:
- Depicting the layers of the earth’s crust where rich concentrations of gold deposits are held
- Depicting the pouring of gold bullions, instantly recognisable as Beadell’s core business
Our application of the brand design incorporated a gold and earthy colour palette creating a regal presence when applied to promotional and investor materials, while the selection of complementary hero photography looked great when integrated with the new brand mark.
Following brand sign off our digital strategists in Perth commenced web design, leveraging the experience of our communications team who have worked in-house within the global mining and exploration industry. Our website usability goals focused on the digital investor experience and accessibility of ASX announcements and shareholder documentation. The result is a super clean web design with a fully responsive functionality and an industry leading digital investor centre. The perfect combination of mining brand strategy with best practice functionality.
Our content management system supports Beadell’s mining brand strategy, facilitating flexibility in content updates and integration with MailChimp for branded shareholder e-campaigns. The mining website also features share price integration and multi-language integration. Web galleries on project pages also enhancing the investor experience.
